Select Flight Crew or Other Employees - for ASAP or Fatigue reports.
Your username is, your employee ID+0 in front (or two zeros to make total of six).
Your password is, YV+date of hire/rehire in format YYYYMMDD (Example: for an employee hired/rehired on Aug 06, 2009, the password would be YV20090806), and YV is case sensitive.
