To report Aviation/Non-Aviation Hazards and Injuries, plus HSE Incident Reports in order to decrease incidents, injuries and resource loss by increasing hazard awareness and a culture of safety reporting.
CHI is committed to ensuring all employees have a safe working environment and shall not discriminate or retaliate against employees who submit hazard, injury or incident safety reports. Once a safety concern is reported, CHI will work in a timely manner to address the safety report.
The employee shall identify hazards and report them to management. Employees shall also report all employee and passenger injuries to management, and employees shall not return to work until authorized per regulation and company policy.
CHI pledges that no disciplinary action will be taken against any employee for submitting a safety report except in cases of willful violation or intentional disregard of regulations, company policies or procedures, or any illegal activities.
